Hamas's Shadow in Europe: A Threat Beyond Borders German prosecutors have charged seven suspected Hamas members with plotting an attack on Israeli or Jewish representatives in Germany or Austria.
The charges, which include membership in a foreign terrorist organization and procuring weapons, were filed this week.
The alleged plot emerged in July 2025, coinciding with the second anniversary of Hamas's October 7, 2023, attacks on Israel.
